One room: $125.
Entire house: $150.
DAILY DISCOUNTED RATE (8 hours): $900.
Note: A 4% processing fee will be added to your final bill.
Minimum Rental: 3 hours.
Maximum Number of People Allowed: 10.

The entire house can be rented, except one room in the basement that is currently not redone.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 home office, 1 playroom, 2 bathrooms, living & family room, kitchen & dining room. Additionally, the outdoor space is also available.
